Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Satendra Pal ("we", "us") about your use of the DailyTogether mobile application.

By creating an account, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the app.

1. What the app is

DailyTogether is a Christian marriage enrichment app. It provides daily scripture and reflections, a shared prayer timer and streak, a guided framework for writing an apology, and structure for difficult conversations.

2. What the app is not

It is not counselling, therapy, or medical, psychological or legal advice. It is not a substitute for a counsellor, a pastor, a doctor, or a lawyer, and it is not a crisis service.

If you or your partner are in danger, or if there is abuse in your relationship, please contact local emergency services or a domestic violence helpline. This app cannot help with that and does not try to.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. The app is designed for married couples, though nothing stops you using it alone.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us at vicharshala9984@gmail.com if you think someone else has access.

One account per person. Two people connect their separate accounts to form a couple.

5. Connecting with a partner

Pairing is voluntary on both sides and uses a code one partner shares with the other.

Once connected, your partner can see the things the app is designed to show them: your name and photo, whether you have read today's scripture, whether you have prayed, your shared streak, and anything you explicitly choose to share.

Either of you may disconnect at any time. Disconnecting deletes nothing.

6. Your content

You own what you write. Your apologies and reflections are yours.

You grant us only the limited licence needed to run the service: to store your content, and to display it back to you and — where you have chosen to share it — to your connected partner. Nothing more. We do not use your content for advertising, we do not use it to train models, and we do not license it to anyone.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass, threaten or abuse anyone, including your partner. Do not attempt to access another user's account or data, do not reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, and do not use it for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

8. Subscriptions

The app offers optional paid subscriptions. Pricing is shown in the app before you buy and is charged by Google Play, not by us.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
• Cancel any time in your Google Play account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period
• If a free trial is offered, cancelling before it ends avoids any charge
• Refunds follow Google Play's policy, and we do not process payments ourselves
• One active subscription covers both partners in a connected couple
• We may change prices, with notice, and never retroactively for a period already paid

Cancelling never deletes anything. Everything you have written stays readable.

9. Advertisements

The app may offer full access in exchange for watching a short video advertisement. Ads are supplied by a third-party network and filtered for family-appropriate content, but we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

10. Availability

We try to keep the app running, and we do not promise it always will be. Features may change or be removed. We may suspend the service for maintenance.

11. Scripture and content

Scripture quotations and devotional content are provided for personal use within the app. The verse shows the translation name, for example (NIV). The app does not display a separate publisher copyright line.

12. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will improve your marriage.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or USD 50.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Ending it

You may stop at any time by deleting your account — see the deletion page.

We may suspend or terminate your account for a breach of these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, Uttar Pradesh, without regard to conflict of law rules.
